Transparent Enclosures are Enclosures with Transparent cover on Profile PCB Holders. It provides quick & easymounting of PCBs on all three rails (35, 15, G) & Wall / Panel. For 108mm PCB width Transparent Covers are availablein 78mm & 70mm width. 78mm Covers leaves the space for Euro I/O Terminals and 70mm leaves more space neededfor custom connectors, switch, USB. Enclosures are available in standard models of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 & 300 mmLength. Transparent CoversFor 73mm width PCB: 78mm width Transparent cover is fixed by 4 screws on End Pieces, it covers entire PCB area.For wires to come out, holes / openings are made at bottom of Transparent cover.
For 108mm width PCB:When little Space needed for I/O Euro Terminals: 78mm width Transparent cover is fixed by 4 screws on EndPieces, it covers Electronics on PCB except I/O Euro Terminals.When more Space needed for Custom Connectors & I/O Euro Terminals: 70mm width Transparent cover is fixedby 4 screws on End Pieces, it covers Electronics on PCB except Custom Connectors, switch, USB & I/O EuroTerminals.
Mounting of Transparent Enclosures:
DIN Rail Mounting: The Enclosures is mounted on DIN rail with help of 2 ormore Foot Pieces.
Panel Mounting: Two panel mount brackets fixed on End pieces provide panel mounting facility.Brackets are not included in standard model. There is no need for Foot Pieces in Panel mounting.
Note: For custom customer custom PCB length Enclosures, profile is cut 5mm less than PCB length as 2.5mm of PCBgoes inside End pieces on each side. Profile Length = PCB Length – 5mm.
